This apartment is situated on the fifth floor, therefore all children between the ages of 0-15 must be accompanied by an adult and be supervised while out there.
The apartment is in a large high-rise building and guests need to adhere to the body corporate rules which will be sent to the client upon booking confirmation.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
Guests are asked to keep the noise down to a minimum.
No washing to be put out on balcony.
Guests are requested to bring the cushions on the balcony in when not in use.
