Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
No check-ins or check-outs are offered on Good Friday, Christmas Day or New Year's Day
No children under the age of 13.
Key- and breakage deposit:
Key- and breakage deposit is payable with the deposit for the booking and refundable by bank transfer within 5 - 7 working days after departure, once the house has been scrutinized and all found in order. Please note that the key deposit will be retained and additional charges imposed if more guests than booked are found to be utilizing the premises. Please furnish us with your banking details on arrival. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances unless the key and breakage deposit has been received.
Please remain respectful at all times.
Parties and loud music are not allowed. If you or your visitors misbehave, the host has the right to cancel your booking and ask you to leave.
