Price Includes
- Rates are displayed on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave and a kettle.
House Rules
All rooms at Bella Rosa are non-smoking. Ashtrays are available at the outside table and patio area for guests' convenience.
If any stains or marks are found on the bedding, linen, or furniture that cannot be removed, guests will be invoiced for the cost of replacement. Guests are also liable for any damages or breakages in the unit during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
Check-out time is strictly 10:00 AM. For every 15 minutes beyond this time, an additional charge will apply.
All expenses and bills must be settled before checking out.
Housekeeping will clean the room daily between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Fresh bedding will be provided every three days during the stay.
A room inspection will be conducted before departure to ensure everything is in order.
