Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
There is an inverter/solar backup electricity supply for load-shedding. There is also a gas stove top and rechargeable lights.
Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with an additional management fee and refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakage deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, local residents need to be prepaid via EFT.
Breakages deposit is payable upon check-in (or pre-paid via EFT for local RSA residents).
A maximum of 10 people sharing in 5 ensuite bedrooms. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
An additional 2 children under 12 years old can be accommodated on a sleeper couch in the one bedroom at an extra fee per child sharing per night. This is upon prior request only and pre-payment is required.
This house isn’t equipped to be child-friendly. Do take care of small children at this house as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings, also no safety net on the splash pool/jacuzzi. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way.
Guests should please bring their own baby camp cot & high chair with them.
Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
Regret, no pets are allowed on the property.
No smoking indoors, please discard cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens, or down toilets.
Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund.
No parties or events are permitted at the property.
No loud music or noise after 22h00, please.
A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
Housekeeping service is not included it is optional extra. Please advise well in advance if this service is required as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide personal consumables.
