Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests must report directly to the lodge's office on arrival if the staff have not met at the entrance.
An indemnity form must be completed by the lead member of the group on behalf of the entire group before entering the farm.
No guests will be allowed to enter until all paperwork has been completed and sent as forwarded on booking confirmation.
No smoking is allowed inside the buildings. Please do not keep any cigarette ashes or ends inside the buildings. Please throw them outside in ashtrays or bins and not on the lawn and garden.
No pets are allowed.
Speed limit of 20 km/h on the farm at all times. You are requested to stop when animals cross the road, reduce speed when animals are spotted and no honking is allowed.
No self-drive game drives are allowed.
No motorbikes or quads are allowed on the farm without prior permission.
The right of admission is always reserved without any debate.
No littering and no open fires. Dedicated refuse bins are allocated outside the communal kitchen and chalets.
The Farm or any staff member will not be held liable for any losses, damage, theft, or injuries to any person.
No furniture or fixtures may be removed from any accommodation at any given time.
Guests are requested not to remove any items from the accommodation as established on arrival.
If you would like to be treated at the day spa at the lodge, please make a preliminary reservation before arrival.
A water purifier is available in the kitchen.
Firewood is available at an additional cost. Guests can enquire about it.
No linen or blankets may be removed from any accommodation at all times.
