No smoking inside the property. A penalty will be charged for violations.
Gatherings or parties are not allowed.
Please keep the volume at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other guests.
If you break something or damage or stain the linens or towels, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement.
We have solar power, so there is no load shedding. However, in case of rainy weather, there may be a shortage of electricity.
Daily cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost per day.
Laundry can be arranged if possible at an extra cost per bundle.
Please be mindful and considerate of other guests staying on the property.
