Good Position and good size, poor service from agent

All good, but service from agent poor, DStv did not work on arrival and took a full day to resolve. Fridge/cooler did not work, diabetic family member had insulin to keep cool and this was a problem. It spoilt the arrival and first couple of days.

We regret that you did not enjoy your stay to the fullest but would also like to inform you that you were very unlucky to be there at the moment that our (nearly new) fridge gave problems. This is not something one can predict. We tried everything but could not get any person to repair it immediately due to a part to be ordered. In the meantime, there was a smaller bar fridge in the flat.

It was the best Cape town experience ever, kids enjoyed the view and stay.

Our experience was unbelievable. What we saw on the pictures was exactly what we got and a little more, from the entry at the gate with the friendly security service to the day's we spent on the beach we made good memories. Access was a joy too and from the beach.

Vrek lekker verblyf.
