Unit 1 consists of a main bedroom with 1 double bed and en-suite bathroom with a basin, toilet and shower. There is also an open-plan bedroom with 2 single bed which forms part of the living room and the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped however there is no oven. The outside of the unit has a spacious veranda that leads to the swimming pool and a large boma area with braai facilities, an outside shower and toilet.
