Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Open the gate yourself for friends with the GREEN remote button, it will auto close within 21 seconds. Do not open fully for cycles or walking.
You can open the motor gate with the remote by pressing the BLUE button for your vehicle, it will auto close.
Please air the unit in winter at daytime by opening the windows.
The unit is self catering and you can cook and clean yourself. We will do the cleaning of the unit and the washing of the bedding at the END of your stay.
We can do the machine washing but not the hanging thereof to be paid extra in cash, R 180 per 12 kg. for stays longer than 7 days. No washing on weekends.
Use the front garden at the trailer for smoking or to barbeque.
All rubbish must be in the black bin on Sunday nights please.
No parties or extra sleep overs. No noice after 21h at the patio and no swimming or use of back garden after sunset.
Please note that if you stay longer than 30 days, you could be asked to sign a lease agreement from your landlord and might also have to pay a refundable deposit.
The braai area at the parking area is available for guests' use.
Day visitors are not allowed to access communal areas due to the Covid-19 regulations in place.
An additional fee will be charged for any extra guests that are not confirmed on the booking.
