Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R6000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The refundable breakage deposit will be payable to this office a minimum of 21-days prior to arrival date. This payment can be via credit card or EFT. This office will contact you at time of booking to provide payment details.
No student/matric rage bookings or groups, events, functions. This accommodation is purely family accommodation and we reserve the right to cancel any booking that does not fall within this category.
Strictly non-smoking accommodation & no-pets allowed except by prior request.
Property is located in residential area with reasonable noise such as gardening or building work generally acceptable between 07:00 and 18:00, and party noise to about 22:00.
Use of external stairs to sun roof and use of sunroof is at occupants own risk.
Please be aware that a male is staying in another unit on the premises.
