Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
All refuse should be placed in the green bin and set out on the verge by 08:00 on Monday morning, the collection day in Voëlklip. Once emptied, the bin must be brought back onto the property.
No black bags should be put out, as they attract baboons. All garbage must be inside the green bin. If the bin is full, refuse can be taken to the depot next to OK Mini on 7th Street.
If anything is broken, please inform the host immediately.
Bath towels are not to be taken to the beach; beach towels are provided for that purpose.
The cleaning schedule for the garden and pool service will be communicated based on the season.
During rain, please remove the cushions from the outside patio chairs.
If using the braai, ensure there are no hot coals left before going to bed, as the wind can pick up, and there is flammable fynbos around.
Noise levels should be kept reasonable for the neighbors, especially after 10 PM.
Parties and overnight visitors other than booked guests are not permitted.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
CabinCare will provide details on the alarm system, remote buttons, and secure access to the property.
No pets are allowed on the property.
