Check-in time is at 2 PM unless a different time is priorly arranged.
Check-out time is by 10 AM unless a different time is priorly arranged.
There is one designated guest parking space under a shade net.
Standard residential neighbourhood rules apply.
If something breaks, please discuss compensation with the owners.
Keys and a remote for vehicle access will be provided upon arrival and should be returned upon departure as communicated.
Important information to ensure a comfortable stay will be shared upon arrival.
The booking fee is charged per person per day.
The apartment should be kept in reasonable order, including washing dishes and basic maintenance.
Smoking is permitted on the covered porch, and the ashtray provided should be used.
Please do not discard cigarette butts in the garden. Empty the ashtray into the sand bucket.
Water is scarce, so please use it carefully.
Electricity is provided for a few days, but once it runs out, guests will need to replenish it using prepaid electricity.
Eating is allowed in the kitchen and on the covered porch but not in the bedroom, study, or TV room.
Trash should be placed in the designated container in the kitchen.
