-Please note that this is a booking for one of our private apartments and not a hotel booking. All queries must be dealt with by us and not the hotel staff. Rest assured, we are always online to assist.

-This is a non-smoking apartment, and there are smoke alarms - should these go off or be tampered with, you will receive a fine of 1,000 ZAR.

-Please note that we can only provide one access card per booking. If you lose this, we will replace it at a cost, so please take good care of it.

-We would greatly appreciate your attention to makeup or oils on our linen and towels. Should you need an extra clean during your stay, please inquire with us a day before at the latest.
