Breakage Deposit

House Rules
Smoking in the house is prohibited. If guests break the rule, a fine will be charged.
Guests must turn off all electrical appliances when not in use.
Guests must report any damage within 1 hour of arrival. This will prevent guests from being held responsible for damage that was already there before arrival.
Guests can hold events with prior permission from management.
No noise between 22:00 and 08:00.
There are CCTV cameras outside the premises. If there are more than 8 guests, a fine will be charged per person, per night.
