Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent stay with us. We apologise for the challenges you experienced in finding your room, particularly with rooms Carat 12, 13, and 11 being located at the furthest end of the property. Please note that Carat 6 to 9 is conveniently located at the parking area.
We're glad to hear that our receptionist was hospitable and offered assistance with your luggage.
Regarding the room temperature, we apologise for the chill. Springbok can indeed get quite chilly in the evenings, especially during spring. We're glad you found the air conditioning effective, and we're proud to offer feather beds as an extra layer of warmth. As you mentioned, we don't have electric blankets, but our feather beds are designed to provide ample warmth and comfort.

Dear Marius,
Thank you for sharing your feedback about your recent stay with us. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the electricity outage, which was due to circumstances beyond our control as it was a municipal and Eskom supply issue. We understand how frustrating it must have been to not have access to amenities like WiFi and TV.
We are actively working to resolve this matter and prevent similar situations in the future. Specifically, we are exploring alternative power sources and backup systems to ensure that our guests can still enjoy our amenities even when there are electricity interruptions. Please note WiFi works even if we experience electricity supply.
Regarding dinner, we apologise for the cold meal and will address this with our team. We have facilities to serve warm food even during electricity outages, and it's unacceptable that this didn't happen. We will do better next time.
Additionally, we apologise for the lack of lighting in the rooms. Our front office normally supplies light lamps during electricity outages, and we should have done so in your case.
Regarding the noise from the main road, we understand that rooms close to the parking area (Carat 6-9) may be more affected. However, we do have rooms that are more inner on the property, which receive less noise from the main road.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay with us. We're glad to hear that our staff were incredible, friendly, accommodating, polite, and helpful - they work hard to provide exceptional service, and we're grateful for your recognition.
However, we apologise for the various issues you experienced in your room and throughout the venue. We understand that our facilities fell short of your expectations, and for that, we are truly sorry. We want to assure you that we take your feedback seriously and are actively addressing the concerns you raised.
We're happy to report that our bathroom roof has been renovated, and we're continuing to work on upgrading our facilities. We've also addressed the issue of rubbish in the drawer with our housekeeping team to ensure it doesn't happen again.
Regarding WiFi, our IT department has rectified the signal issue, and we're working to improve our connectivity throughout the venue.
We appreciate your positive comments about our safe parking, excellent linen and towels, functioning fridge, and comfortable new mattress. We're glad you found some aspects of your stay comfortable.
We understand that we fell short in other areas, including our menu options and load shedding backup. We'll take your feedback into consideration as we continue to improve.
