Breakage Deposit

House Rules
No smoking permitted, there is a balcony outside where guests can smoke.
Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.
Only parking is available in the driveway, and up to 3 smaller vehicles can be accommodated. If there are more than 2 vehicles, alternative arrangements must be made. No parking is allowed on the street.
No noise or loud music after 23:00.
No washing, towels, etc are allowed to hang on the balustrades, please make use of the washing lines.
No pets are allowed as there is insufficient space to accommodate them.
