Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off R379 admin fee per booking.
Price Includes
- Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a microwave, air fryer and kettle.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
Daily cleaning from Monday to Friday includes sweeping, mopping, and making the beds.
No smoking is allowed in the apartment or in the complex.
This is a residential complex with a no-noise policy.
In order for a booking to be honoured we require the following documents:
1. A copy of ID/Passport
2. Proof of residence (if SA citizen)
3. Signed and completed booking form and booking rules.

A breakage deposit of R500
