Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Children aged between 0 and 3 stay free.
Children aged between 4 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
If guests check in later than 22:00 then there is a call out fee.
A refundable noise- and breakage deposit of between is payable on arrival.
Unfortunately, due to these units and house being in a residential area no noise, parties or extra guests from the outside is allowed. The house is only available for Corporate or Construction workers, not for social gatherings. Quiet times is from 10pm until 8am.
Unfortunately this self-catering establishment does not offer service of rooms for short stays, we change the house/units every seventh day, and service every fifth day. Currently no service over weekends, should your fifth or seventh day be on a weekend it will be done on a Monday.
