Hi Magnel, our place is situated in a security conscious neighborhood. Positioned in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. We have never had a burglary in the last 10 years of owning this property and never had a burglary in last 4 years in the neighborhood as a whole. The area is fitted with a camera that monitors all traffic in the one access only entrance to our neighborhood. Our property is fitted with security cameras that covers the perimeter and inside most of the yard space. We have a 24 armed response and fitted with an alarm system with panic buttons in the unit and remotes. We have a dedicated ADT for our neighborhood due to the unity of the neighborhood subscribing to a common armed response. The armed response vehicle has committed to respond within 5 minutes of alarm activation. The property has all round boundary walls and vehicles parked in secure parking within locked gates.
