Botanica is a serene holiday home situated in Elands Bay, providing guests with spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation near the renowned point break. It is an ideal choice for surfers seeking the perfect wave or anyone in search of a tranquil retreat.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 bunk beds. Though the bunks are sturdy and comfortable we advise that the top beds are only used for children or teens. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.
Additionally, there is an extra guest toilet in the passage.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is fully equipped with a 2-plate gas stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area includes a dining table, a fireplace, and comfortable couches.
The house opens onto a spacious garden with ample outdoor seating, day beds, an oval swimming pool surrounded by a deck, and a covered stoep with a built-in braai. Complimentary fast and reliable Wi-Fi and secure parking are available to guests during their stay.
