Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please remember to lock up when departing and ensure all windows and doors are locked.
Tenants will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft, breakages, or any misconduct that occurs due to negligence.
Tenants will be liable for any stains or damages to linens and towels.
Please check the inventory list upon arrival and report any faults within 12hrs.
Linens will be changed every 7th day, and towels will be changed every 4th day.
Basic daily housekeeping will be done. Additional housekeeping can be arranged at an extra fee.
Complex rules must be adhered to at all times, if not guests will be evicted immediately.
Strictly no pets are allowed in the apartment.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Only smoking outdoors is permitted.
The swimming pool is to be used at the guests' own risk.
Unfortunately, no handing over of keys to those under 24 years old.
No parties allowed.
The maximum number of persons, including children, must not exceed the number of beds that are available.
