Friendly and make you feel like you are part of the family.

Wow, what can I say? They are very welcoming and friendly. Richard always checked up on me to make sure I'm okay and safe, and made sure I have everything I needed. His sister and I had a nice chat and great laughter on the Sunday sitting on the porch. They don't make you feel like a guest; they make you feel like you are part of the family. I'm going to make use of their stay a lot.

Very nice.

We booked the accommodation because of a wedding at Monkey Valley, so we only slept there and did not really have time to enjoy the place and the swimming pool. My husband enjoyed a swim before we left for the wedding. But it's a nice and cozy little place and very quiet.

Affordable Noordhoek accommodation.

Comfortable and everything one needs for a short stay. It has been a wet and cold winter in Cape Town, but unfortunately there is a strong smell of mould and damp in the lounge area.

It was the best weekend with my loved ones.

It was amazing. The hospitality was awesome. It was a friendly environment. We had an amazing time and would love to go back again.

Definitely will return again. The stay was all I imagined.

I stayed overnight but enjoyed every moment. The environment and surroundings - couldn't ask for a better place. The service was exceptional as it was loadshedding but they made our supper wonderful with the lanterns on the table. Thanks, Bramley Accommodation, will definitely return.

Awesome, very peaceful and relaxing.

On arrival, we were beautifully welcomed by Richard. Our unit was exactly what we saw in the advertisement. I loved the pool area as we walk out of the unit. We could freely go in and out to go sightseeing. the beach was very close by and beautiful. We went to relax, away from the busy life and the tranquillity was what we got. So thank u Bramley Accommodation for giving us what we needed, we will definitely come back.

Richard het ons baie tuis laat voel. Baie goed verwelkom. Interessante agtertuin.

Sound insulation between rooms and main house is terrible.

From 10pm to 3am there was a TV playing with a droning male voice. It made our sleep restless. They could have had better loadshedding light options. The bathroom did not smell good. There was washing hanging up outside the bedroom window.

The pictures were a complete misrepresentation of the accomodation.

Never again!

Upon arrival, we stood in front of the gate for a long time because the domestic who had to let us in was probably sleeping somewhere because no matter how we called or knocked, she heard nothing! The neighbours offered us the use of the toilet. After many calls to two numbers Duncan (unreachable) and Richard, the door finally opened. She didn't hear us! Unbelievable since we have made enough noise, calling and knocking! We were given the key to the pool room. Unfortunately, we could not use these keys because the lock on the sliding doors did not work, so we were never able to lock our room in our absence or at night. When we mentioned it, we were told that it is a very safe place. The next day, when we returned, we stood in front of a closed door again for a while until the girlfriend of the manager Duncan opened the door after we had to call Duncan and Richard again. She was very surprised that we had not been given a key when we checked in! As yet received a key. All this does not really reflect a streamlined check-in procedure, which one would expect from a hospitality facility! There was no flat sheet on our bed but only a synthetic duvet with a synthetic-like cover, so it was very sweaty and you couldn't just lie under a sheet when it was warm because that was not available. The sink in the kitchen leaked so much that after washing the dishes there was water in your shoes. Behind the oven in the kitchen there is a pipe covered with transparent plastic and when the neighbours flush the toilet you see and hear water coming up and the smell is like a sewer. The wooden dining table inside was very dirty and there were no placemats or tablecloths. The bathroom is nicely tiled but not finished! The basin column is in a hole that has been taped shut with adhesive tape and you can see the drain and supply pipes lying in the soil, which also allows pests to crawl out. Despite a ceiling fan, there was still a sewage smell in the bathroom now and then. There is a sagging sofa full of stains covered with some stained bedspread and it was very uncomfortable and difficult for us older people to get up from. There was never any cleaning during the 7 days we stayed there and there were no cleaning tools to do it yourself. Also no plastic bags for the pedal bucket. There was an overflowing waste bin under a staircase outside, so it was in unhygienic condition. Towels and tea towels and toilet paper were not automatically provided every few days. We had to ask for them ourselves after three days. Received two towels and two tea towels, one of which was full of stains. There were dirty outdoor chairs with stained cushions plus a dirty outdoor corner table on our terrace and a large empty pot with a stump of a dead plant. The pool has peeling walls and the creepy doesn’t move. On the overgrown path to the room, we had to be careful not to tear our arms on the thorns of the bushes. Which happened to my husband with bloody consequences. The lawn near the swimming pool is more sand than grass. There are dozens of pots and crates with cannabis plants. There is complete chaos in the side garden with a dilapidated swing, car tires, rubbish, a fallen fence and well-treated cannabis plants. Municipality workers who were working on the sewer and digging in the garden came to ask us if the cannabis buds were already dried?! The manager is busier with his cannabis plants than with his guests and is almost never present. In all honesty, I have to thank him for his help in the form of a new cord for our camping fridge. Despite this being a cheap place to stay, there are just too many things that are wrong and would not be necessary if the establishment received a little more attention and maintenance!

Goeie akkommodasie nie te ver van die hoofstrand af nie.

Naby aan alles in Noordhoek. Gerieflik ingerig met alles wat benodig word.

Lovely getaway from town.

We only stayed for one evening, but we were very happy with our time there. Everything we needed was on hand, and the room was clean and tidy. We were particularly impressed by the shower, which had great water pressure! We both agree it's great value for money.

Lê op die stoep met 'n goeie boek was vir my die hoogtepunt.

Goeie ligging en gerieflik.

Die eenheid wat ons bespreek het lyk soos die foto's op Bramley se bladsy. Ligging was uitstekend vir ons vir orals waarheen ons gery het. Ons het dit gekies vir die goeie prys omdat ons grootliks by ander plekke geeët het en 'n troue bygewoon het. Eenheid self was netjies en skoon, nou nie juis elegant nie maar het alles wat ons nodig gehad het. Ingang na die eiendom is egter 'n ander saak. Vol gepak en daar is geen ander woorde nie, onnetjies en ongeorganiseerd. Ons is vriendelik verwelkom, en eenheid was betyds gereed. Gegewe die gereelde beurtkrag sou 'n kers of twee handig gewees het bykomend tot die een herlaaibare lamp.

We concerned about the water in the bathroom leaking onto the wood. Also you may want to think of fans in the event it's hot in the loft. Photo different but probably due to extra bed.

Lovely, quiet accommodation.

The room was very clean and the host was very helpful. The only thing that I had a problem with, was locking the door leading to the road. The outside area was a little untidy.

Die foto's van Bramley lyk indrukwekkend, maar die werklikheid verskil baie. Die tuin en swembadarea erg verwaarloos. Vreemde gediertes hardloop op plafon gedurende die nag. Stortarea onder konstruksie met oop pype ens.

Rustig.

Die woonstel was baie netjies en ruim, die stort/bad was baie ongemaklik, kan dalk opgradeer word.

We really enjoyed our stay here with Duncan. Thank you also for refunding us in having had to cancel the Pool room last minute due to a Covid case.

A cosy apartment, easy on the pocket but adequately furnished and kitchen nicely stocked. Beds in room downstairs need to be replaced, creaky and old, otherwise all good.

Perfek vir ontspanning!

Die plekkie waarin ons gebly het vir die naweek was bo ons verwagtinge! Dit het alles gehad wat ons benodig het. Die eienaar was vreeslik vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ons het die rustigheid geniet en ons komplimentêre koffie en tee buite op die stoep elke oggend waardeer! Sien uit om weer terug te kom vir die volgende perdrykompetisie.

All questions I had was answered honestly. Ahead of our stay I was contacted beforehand to confirm my arrival time. I was also advised on which directions to take to get to the accommodation safely and promptly.

The owner is very polite and made sure that we were comfortable in our apartment whilst handing over our keys. Our accommodation was also well seen to. All Covid-19 protocols were observed throughout our stay. In addition the owner also kindly catered for some of our basic necessities which included toilet paper, tea, milk and coffee, etc. The beach is no longer than 5-10 minutes away, so it served as a refreshing walk for my friends and I. The pool at the location was refreshing and well looked after. We generally just had a well rounded stay. We encountered a peaceful stay with no disruptions whatsoever. I have recommended the location to family and friends and will continue to do so!

Nice clean and comfortable/just the swimming pool need more attention, but we really enjoyed our stay.

Netjiese verblyf met rustige atmosfeer en pragtige uitsig.

Ons het 'n baie lekker tyd gehad. Die kamers is volledig toegerus en baie gerieflik vir 'n klomp mense. Die boonste kamer is wel nie baie prakties vir volwassenes nie, maar die kinders het wel die kamer baie geniet. Ek sal dit beslis aanbeveel vir ander mense.

Gerieflik en nie duur nie. Uitstekende ligging.

Patio kamer: klein maar alles wat mens nodig het word voorsien. Verblyf was skoon, goeie matras op bed. Enigste aanbeveling is dat eienaar die voorkoms van die tuin verbeter.

Die info dat dit 5 min se stap vanaf die see is is misleidend.

Ek het plek gesoek vir 6 persone. Omdat info aangedui het dat dit naby die see is het ek deurgedruk en bespreek, maar as ek geweet het dit was eintlik ry-afstand dan sou ek 'n meer geskikte plek gesoek het wat 6 persone kan huisves.

Heerlik gebly en sal definitief weer gaan. Duncan is baie vriendelik en die eenhede is goed toegerus met die nodige.

Bramley was heerlik. Die blyplek was ruim en silwerskoon met alles in wat nodig is om gemaklik te kan bly. Ons was vriendelik ontvang. Sal absoluut definitief weer daar gaan bly.

Ontvangs was baie vriendelik en ons sommer welkom laat voel. Die plekkie is baie stil en veilig, ek het ontspan en my baie geniet. Sal beslis weer gaan.

Had the most lovely stay at Bramley. Duncan was available every time we needed him, most tranquil place on earth and we will definitely be back soon!

3 night stay in Noordhoek.

We stayed in the apartment upstairs, it looks cosy and neat. 5 people can sleep here. The bedroom downstairs has 2 single beds, the bedroom upstairs has a double matras on the floor. There is also a single bed in the living room. The upper floor is small and you can´t stand straight. There is a fully equipped kitchen. You also get coffee, tea and fresh milk. The owner that is living on the premises is very friendly and helpful. There is a nice swimming pool that wasn't clean due to the bad weather we had in October. We were satisfied with our stay and we felt safe.

Eenvoudig, gesellig en rustige verblyf.

'n Rustieke en gesellige verblyf met alle benodigdhede en vereistes.

Aangenaam, met voldoende gerief vir 'n lekker verblyf.

Ons aanwysings was baie duidelik en ontvangs was onmiddellik beskikbaar. Alhoewel daar herstelwerk op die terrein aan die gang was het dit geensins gehinder nie. Geriewe is goed. Enigste klagte is dat my motor onbeskermd geparkeer moes word. Vriendelike en bedagsame eienaar/personeel.

Verwag meer en Afrikaans.

Probleme met spoeltoilet gehad, kon nie eienaar/gasheer onmiddellik in die hande kry nie. Eienaar was bewus van probleem maar het slegs 'n emmer met water aangebied om probleem op te los. Daar was egter 'n ander leë kamer beskikbaar wat hy nie aangebied het nie.

Baie netjiese en rustige wegbreekbestemming.

Bramley Accommodation is baie netjies en die omgewing is baie mooi en rustig. Alles wat jy nodig het vir 'n lekker wegbreek!
