Very pleasant and helpful staff, overall lovely stay, but too short.

It was a very pleasant stay, but I would like a balcony unit or ground floor apartment as my husband has had a back operation and too much walking and stairs was his problem. But overall, it was fantastic. Our car wouldn't start, so we arranged alternative transport home and left the keys with the helpful reception who kept the key until Monday when the tow truck towed our car to the mechanic.
