No loud music and no smoking in the units (please use designated smoking areas and do not ash or throw cigarette butts over balconies)
Behave in such a manner that other guests may not be disturbed.
There will be no tolerance for misconduct/misbehaviour, you will be asked to vacate or escorted by security, out of the premises immediately without refund/compensation.
Any damages to the property and contents of the property, will be for your account.
No blankets, towels or any other items to be removed from the units.
The person who made the booking will be held responsible for all matters arising from any occurring incidence.
The owner and management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings, or any accidents, loss of life or serious injuries that may occur while visiting any of our units
