The property is huge with all the required utensils and equipment for an authentic South African braai experience. The pool and surrounding grounds are well-kept and ready for the perfect getaway occasion. The owners of Broadview are just the sweetest and friendliest couple in Sedgefield. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect for our requirements.

We were a family group visiting family in Sedgefield. The house made an ideal base from which to visit and enjoy Sedgefield.

Kan nie 'n beter keuse gamaak het nie, alles was wat jy verwag en meer. Uitestekende uitsig en kuierstoep met swembad.

Die huis is lekker gemaklik en is 'n lekker leefhuis met alles wat jy nodig het vir 'n lekker vakansie en is baie sentraal. Van die mooiste uitsigte vanaf die stoep. Eienaars is vriendelik en behulpsaam. Sterk aanbeveel.

Comfortable holiday accommodation with pool for family.

Broadview is a comfortable prefab house with a sparkling blue pool (nice for summer) and a large garden that is fenced in. Check-in was easy and Gloria was very welcoming. Welcome sherry, charcoal and some wood, tea and coffee etc. Lots of extras done. Thank you for all the effort put into doing those touches. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The lagoon is very close, just across the street. Nice "stoep" area to use Weber and to watch beautiful sunsets. The house is perfect for a family getaway. The street in front of the property can be quite busy at times, but the car noise is not overwhelming. Close to the shops and village of Sedgefield. Pets are allowed at the property if arranged.

We had the most magical, festive, family holiday at Broadview. Can highly recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked for our next trip already. The hosts are available and attentive. The location, views, and accommodation were out of this world. It's the most peaceful holiday I've had in years.

Baie rustig met 'n baie mooi uitsig oor vlei as jy op stoep sit hoor jy die water van die vlei wat klap teen die walle.
