Ok. Apart from the poor service on arrival,.

The unit is clean and comfortable. I was supplied with coffee capsules but no coffee machine. On arrival, I was asked to pay a cash deposit, which I was not happy with. Not everyone carries cash anymore as it is not safe. I was told that if I did an EFT, it would take 7 days for the refund to be processed (also not acceptable). I was also informed that I would have to email the agents to communicate with them (no cell number to communicate with a human). If we had not paid for our booking in advance, I would have gone somewhere else as the attitude from the representative was not good. I was told that I was being difficult.

Amazing.

The place was very clean and tidy and well maintained. Very comfortable stay and will definitely use the unit again for future trips.

Hi, bel maar 'n dag voor jy inklok om reelings te maak om sleutels te kry. Ek het net kort van 'n uur gewag om toegang tot die units te kry. Maak seker jy het jou R750 kontant op hand ook vir breekware deposit. Die plek is mooi en luks, maar ek sal nie weer daar bespreek nie; hul diens was bitter swak.
