Unfortunately the whole place is in total neglect, the swimming pool is empty and broken. There is no longer a restaurant or spa, no service at the gate - have to climb out yourself to open the heavy pole gate. The chalet itself was neat and clean but certain things e.g. knives and forks were too few, no braai tongs. The fridge/freezer was completely "frozen", I had to defrost it and clean it to be usable. Sorry, but for the price one certainly expects more.
