This stylish, modern apartment is located in a secure complex in the Strand. It is close to top wine farms and Stellenbosch and close to the beach. This 3 bedroom apartment has stunning views over False Bay with Table Mountain and Cape Point in the background.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and a private balcony, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds and a private balcony. Furthermore, there is another shared bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and a guest toilet. The apartment is open-plan and has a kitchen and a living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living area has comfortable couches, a Smart TV and there is a lounge. There is a balcony with deck chairs and guests can admire panoramic views of the Hottentots-Hollandberge and the Helderberg.
The apartment has secure covered parking. All the necessary linen and bath towels are provided. Guests should bring their own swimming towels. Guests also have access to the heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and braai area on site. A cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost.
