Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please take note of the refundable breakage deposit and the administration fee will be charged per booking, which is not included in the daily rate.
Smoking is prohibited in the villa.
All linen is provided including bath towels, but kindly bring your own beach and pool towels, toiletries, etc.
T.V - 13 DStv channels are provided (1,2,3, E.TV, Mnet, Mm1, Mm2, all Super Sport channels, Euronews, Discovery and Disney channel (hotel bouquet).
There are no telephones in the apartment/free-standing house. Good cell phone reception is received.
On the Estate: swimming pools, tennis courts, trampoline, jungle-gym, swings, etc.
There are no restaurants on the Estate.
There is unrestricted pedestrian access to open water areas such as pools, dams, canals, the beach and Umtamvuna River.
Launching of crafts into the Umtamvuna River from the Estate is subject to availability and is governed by strict regulations.
Strictly no pets are allowed in the apartment/free-standing house or on the Estate.
Day visitors are not allowed. (Other visitors strictly by arrangement only).
Rules governing the occupation of the apartment/free-standing house are available on request.
There are no services on a Sunday or Public Holidays.
