Description
This double-storey home can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. All 3 of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and each bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Each room has a heater for those cold winter days. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels. The main living area is situated on the top level and features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining space and a lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the separate laundry room. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfortable seating and a Smart TV as well as a seating area that opens up onto a wooden balcony where guests can relax with a morning coffee and fully admire the panoramic views. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

House Rules
No fires or candles are allowed inside or near the house due to the thatched roof.
Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the house.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
No parties are allowed and no noise after 22:00 is allowed in Bosbokduin.
The caretaker lives on the property, in separate living quarters, and is available for butler services such as washing dishes, laundry, garbage disposal, braai lighting, car washing, and assistance with the estate rules. This is optional and is available free of charge.
Children must be supervised at the pool at all times, and the pool can also be closed.
If guests book for more than 4 nights, it is requested that cleaning services be arranged at an extra cost.
No overnight visitors are allowed, extra guests will result in a fine.
Guests will be charged for any missing or damaged items or damage to the home.
