Please note, 2 of the 4 bedrooms are accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Pets are allowed on the property; however, arrangements must be made with the establishment in advance.
No smoking inside the premises.
No loud music.
Be considerate of neighbours regarding noise.
Damages may be deducted from the breakage deposit.
No parties allowed.
Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
No unannounced guests.
Extra cleaning services can be arranged upon request during your stay.
Please note that there are 3 external cameras on the property, which monitor only the exterior of the building.
