Casa Sirena is located in the ever-popular Langezandt Fisherman’s Village estate in Struisbaai, known for its traditional fisherman’s cottage architecture. This beautifully renovated beach house is a few minutes walk to the boardwalk, leading to a long stretch of pristine sandy beach. The holiday home is ideal for an Overberg coastal adventure for friends and family.
This holiday home can comfortably accommodate 8 adults and 4 kids and has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, features underfloor heating, and a large en-suite bathroom with an open shower; French doors open into the garden and pool area. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an open-plan bathroom, with a bath. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and contains an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom is an open loft room with a queen-size bed, with access to a separate bathroom downstairs with a shower. The fifth and sixth bedrooms have an interleading door; the fifth room is furnished with a queen-size bed and a shower en-suite bathroom. The sixth room is also a kiddie’s room equipped with a bunk bed.
The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen contains a dishwasher, a microwave, a Smeg oven, a stovetop, and a separate scullery with a washing machine. The adjacent dining table seats 8 persons, and there are extra tables and chairs for additional seating. The lounge and dining room have large ceiling fans, keeping the house cool in summer, and the wood-burning fireplace makes for a cozy stay on cold winter days.
The double garage has been converted into a games room with a Pool Table, Dart Board and an extra fridge for drinks. Guests can also enjoy using the gym equipment including a treadmill and spinning bike.
The house has an inverter so that guests can enjoy a load-shedding-free stay. Guests can stream their favourite shows through the large flat-screen Smart TV, using the free Wi-Fi access provided. The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area opens up onto the enclosed garden, pool, and covered braai area.
In addition, this holiday home contains an upstairs library and games area, as well as sufficient parking for vehicles or a boat and a separate fish-cleaning area.
