Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R100 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
- There is a no smoking policy indoors.
- No parties, loud music or extra guests allowed on the property without permission from management. No extra guests are allowed to stay over in the units. Casli's Cottage is not a party venue. Guests not booked and paid for will have to leave the property.
- Please bring your own bath and beach towels, DSTV holiday decoder (not an explorer decoder), smart card and relevant connections and all consumables. Linen is provided. Units are un-serviced.
- On-site parking is provided for 1 vehicle only per unit subject to availability. Public parking is available within the resort for guests travelling with more than one vehicle. Please advise if you are pulling a trailer.
- Out of season bookings of more than 7 days, school holiday bookings of 10 days or more and high season bookings of 21 days or more may be discounted.
- Monthly rates can also be negotiated for guests needing accommodation for extended periods. Not applicable during high season.
- Balance payments are payable in cash on arrival or prior to arrival by bank transfer. No credit card facilities and no cheques.
- We do not ask for a breakage deposit but have an honesty principal. If a guest breaks or damages something they replace it or leave an appropriate amount of money for the item or items to be replaced.
