Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.

Kindly note that due to maintenance, certain facilities will be unavailable. Although the resort endeavours to minimise the impact as far as possible, noise levels may fluctuate. The resort apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note that all our facilities are cashless. Card payments are accepted.
Please contact the Resort in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on Sundays and Public holidays.
Please note that full payment will be taken within 48 hours after the booking has been made.
The credit card used to make the booking will need to be presented at check-in otherwise a security fee of R1000 will be taken as a pre-authorization upon arrival.
Beekman Holidays acts as the primary letting agent for this rental property. Any interest earned on funds that you pay in respect of your rental booking, earned between the time you pay and the time that Beekman Holidays pays those funds over to the rental property, will accrue to Beekman Holidays.
The use of braais is restricted to accommodation where the facility is provided at the unit itself.
Guests who booked and paid for their accommodation using a credit card will need to present the same card at check-in. A security fee will be taken as a pre-authorization upon arrival.
To ensure well-managed access to backup power during load-shedding, please note that our Resorts operate generators in defined timeslots. Please consult your Resort's Reception for more information in relation to resort-specific timeslots.

The resort cannot guarantee villas, suites or chalets booked are located close to one another.
Certain facilities carry a nominal charge for the use thereof; however, an “All Access Pass” may be purchased at check-in for all unit guests to enjoy use thereof during their stay. The resort also offers complimentary facilities without any charge. Please refer to the resort reception directly for further details.
Kindly note that the road leading to the resort is in a poor state, but drivable when approached with care. Please exercise caution and reduce speeds until the municipal roads are repaired.
You and your guests must provide proof of identification such as a valid ID, driver's license, or passport. Without proof of identification, the resort may deny you occupation.
You or your guests must produce a confirmation letter in hardcopy or digital form at the time of check-in. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit, of the same size, to that indicated on the confirmation letter.
If, in the opinion of management, more than the stipulated number of persons occupy the unit, you or your party may be required to vacate the unit and you will be liable for the applicable penalty fee.
Please respect your fellow guests' enjoyment by ensuring that there is no noise or disturbance at any time, especially after 10PM. The playing of loud music at any time is not acceptable. The failure to adhere to this will result in the request to vacate the unit and resort.
This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.
Renting out a unit prior to getting approval from management is not allowed. You may not "split" the booking period amongst guests that are not indicated on the official confirmation letter. If management, at their discretion, finds that you've not abided by these requirements, you and/ or your party may not occupy the unit, or will be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee will be charged to you.
Any damage, that may even exceed the breakage deposit paid at check-in, to the resort's property, including the unit/s and their contents is the financial liability of the guest in occupation.
Signing an indemnity form is standard practice. Only a person over 18 years may sign the Guest Registration Card at check-in. The indemnifier must remain in occupation for the duration of the stay. If the indemnifier vacates the unit, the remaining occupants may be asked to vacate the resort.
Pets are not allowed at the resort, except for certified support animals. Failing to adhere to this may lead to a penalty fee and a request to remove the pet(s) from the resort.
Smoking in units, on patios, or any of the other buildings on the resort premises is not allowed by law. Should Management, at their discretion, find that you and/ or your party has violated this policy, you will be liable to pay a fine.
The property accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, damage, or expense suffered by you, your guests, or anyone else taking occupation with you, arising from any act of God, theft, strike, fire or the acts or omissions of any other person, including but not limited to the local or national government, limitations, restrictions and requirements for visas, permits, licenses and certificates on border controls and immigration (if applicable), military, police and security services intervention, international and local travel, movement of goods and persons, occupation of accommodation and the use and enjoyment of facilities, amenities and public and private venues, while under the jurisdiction of such local or national government
Details of all amenities and facilities at the resort are correct at the time of booking however may change depending on maintenance schedules. Specific amenities and facilities may be subject to a fee.
Please note that the Beach Club and The View are closed on Mondays, except during peak periods and holidays. The Spa and Restaurant will remain open.
