The room that my family was placed in was way too small for five people. The bedding looked and smelled unclean. The Wi-Fi reception was pathetic and you couldn't use the internet. A staff member barged in whilst we were watching TV and placed coffee and tea sachets as well as some toiletries without the friendliness or courtesy. When we asked her a question she flat out ignored the question. The swimming pool was a bit dirty and could do with some cleaning. The breakfast provided was below par at best. I didn't enjoy the experience.
