Very satisfied with stay. Location (view) spectacular.

Stay was top class in every way. Only problem was that floor tiles had been replaced. These were not flush with the rest of the floor and could be dangerous to residents.

Beatiful apartment, prime location but hostile reception.

The apartment was not ready at the agreed check-in time, cleaners only left at 19:00 on the Friday evening. However we were still charged a full day fee. On top of that a hostile host harassed us for a ridiculously high breakage fee of R3000 (while the website specifies R1000) while we were not even able to get into the apartment yet. Not a pleasant experience. A comfortable apartment though with beautiful views. It can do with some considerate thinking around what guests would need though.
