There are steps from the parking area to the level of the cottage and access, without steps, directly from reception parking across the lawn.

Other facilities include a braai area, fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a lounge area with a sleeper couch which can accommodate a child, at additional cost. The deck overlooks the valley, where many birds can be seen and sometimes a duiker or bushbuck and if you are really lucky, our side striped jackal. The cottage has the DStv hotel bouquet. There is a path with steps from the parking area to the level of the cottage.
