Description

Cheerio Trout Fishing Holiday Resort offers self-catering accommodation in Magoebaskloof. Guests can enjoy the tranquillity of the mountains in a private residence nestled among beautiful trees, shrubs, and flowers. It is the ideal overnight stop for travellers en route to the Kruger National Park and other private game parks.

The chalets accommodate 2, 4, or 6 guests. All the necessary facilities are available and the chalets are cleaned daily.

Guests have access to a balcony with outdoor furniture, braai facilities and secure parking. There is a trout dam on the property and river fishing can be arranged with the local angling association. Other facilities and activities include a swimming pool, mountain biking, hiking or just relaxing under a tree on a garden bench and enjoying the tranquillity of the mountains.

For the adventurous, there are day hiking trails and adventure activities such as zip-lining, kloofing, tubing, abseiling, and tree hopping available close by. Other places of interest, which are easily accessible, are the Ebenezer, Magoebaskloof, Tzaneen and Dap Naude dams, the Debengeni Falls and the Woodbush and Agatha Reserves. For golf enthusiasts, the Tzaneen and Polokwane Country Clubs are within an hour's drive.
