Weekend away for Knysna Marathon.

1. Check-in was a nightmare. I thought we sent the info in before to get pre-cleared. Took about 50 minutes. 2. House wasn’t clean. Cobwebs and grimy. Salt and pepper shakers are dirty. Had to clean mugs before using them. 3. Wasn’t enough hot water for 5 people. I didn’t have hot water at all. 4. Upstairs bathroom leaked down to the front door. Ceiling damaged. 5. Wi-Fi didn’t work. 6. Not enough seating inside or outside for 5 people (supposed to cater for 6). The location was great but wouldn't stay there again due to the issues with biometrics and the hassle at check-in.

We had a great stay in Knysna.

The house was convenient as it was close to the harbour where the waterpolo tournament was and close to all the lovely restaurants.
