Chesapeake Bay 30 is situated in the picturesque and popular seaside town of Margate, KwaZulu-Natal. This unique unit boasts a spacious balcony, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, offering a neat, fully equipped self-catering apartment within a secure complex.
The open-plan living area and main bedroom feature sliding doors leading to the large balcony, furnished with a table and chairs. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a panoramic 180-degree view of the sea and waves, as well as a beautiful vista from within the apartment itself, where the sound of the waves breaking can also be heard.
The advantage of this unit is that the entrance is on the same level as the parking area, meaning there are no steps from the secure parking, swimming pool, tennis court, laundry, or within the unit itself. Positioned on the second floor on the seaside, it offers a stunning sea view. Dolphins and whales are frequently observed from both the balcony and the apartment.
The apartment accommodates 4 adults in two bedrooms and 1 child under 12 years on a sleeper couch in the living area. The main bedroom features a sliding door leading to the balcony, a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The second bathroom is equipped with a bath.
For guests' peace of mind, burglar bars are installed on all windows, and safety gates are present at the front door and sliding doors to the balcony.

This complex is situated on a prime plot right next to the sea, just a few meters from the beach and rocks. A beautiful, large tidal pool is also located in the rocks in front of the complex. Chesapeake Bay 30 is less than 1 km south of Margate's popular main beach and town centre, which offers various restaurants, shopping centres, and entertainment facilities. Ramsgate's beach and restaurants are also less than 2 km north of the complex on the way to the Wild Coast. A scenic paved walking path runs along the coast from the complex, past the famous Margate fishing pier to Margate's popular main beach. Stairs lead to the beaches at various points along the route.
