Please note, sections of the apartment are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
No extra guest's are permitted in the unit as per your booking.
Only 1 vehicle per unit, please make sure to make arrangements for another if necessary.
The rules of the complex are inside the unit and must always be adhered to.
- Under no circumstances may there be a party or social event in or outside the unit.
- The unit is in a Complex and therefore no loud music after 22:00.
- If the rules are not adhered to, you may be evicted or fined as per Clapton's Beach rules and regulations.
The unit is self-catering, therefore you have to bring the following: swimming towels, toilet paper, bath soap, washing powder, etc.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
Cleaning services during your stay can be arrange at an extra cost. Must be arranged prior to check in.
The towels provided in the unit may under no circumstances be used as swim/beach towels. If to be spotted there will be a fine to pay.
