Breakage Deposit

House Rules
The minimum age for booking is 27.
Children or persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30
Quiet hours: 22h00 - 08h00 as per residential by-laws.
The pool & Jacuzzi areas are only allowed for use between 10h00 & 20h00.
Use of braai areas between 12h00 & 10h00 only.
Noise should always be at a minimum around the swimming pool & Jacuzzi, and braai areas at all times.
No private parties, events, celebrations or functions are allowed around the swimming pool & Jacuzzi and braai areas
This is private property, therefore no visitors, friends, or any unauthorised persons other than official residing guests checked in are allowed at the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, deck, braai areas & any other shared communal space.
