House Rules
The minimum age for booking is 27.
Children or persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30
Please note this property has a breakage deposit payable before arrival.
Parking is available upon request, note this request needs to be done within 48 hours prior to arrival, and pending availability.
Basic housekeeping is available upon request and subject to availability for Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 15:00. Please contact the establishment for more information.
Please note beach towels do not get changed.
The linen is changed every sixth day.
Bathroom towels are changed every third day.
Silent hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 as per residential by-laws.
Use of the pool and Jacuzzi areas are allowed between 10:00 and 20:00 only.
Use of braai areas between are allowed between 12:00 and 22:00 only.
No or minimum noise around the swimming pool, the Jacuzzi and braai areas at all times
No private parties, events, celebrations, or functions are allowed around the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi/braai areas.
The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are shared facilities.
