Friendly, helpful, clean, easy to access, central to everything.

We had the best stay at Clovelly Cottage and Gail is just the best host and extremely helpful. I am going back and will recommend.

Exceptional.

What an exceptional temporary home. Gail, the owner, is the sweetest, most loving person. She made us feel at home from the first second we met her. The accommodation is all that we needed! It was a clean, comfortable and affordable stay! I highly recommend it to everyone! .

Home away from home.

What a lovely cottage. Central to Port Elizabeth. The hosts feel like family and this would be my place of choice when I travel to PE.

A good place to rest up for a few days.

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The accommodation was clean and neat. The hosts were friendly and helpful and saw to our special requests. The accommodation is very well situated and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and other businesses. The lovely swimming pool was an added bonus on the hot days during our stay!

Acceptable.

The accommodation is fine and clean. However, there are dogs on the premises. My car had to park outside because a broken family vehicle is parked at the cottage dedicated parking. Not good. The owner needs to remove the vehicle.

Rose and another guest drove to PE for a funeral. Our vehicle is not broken down. It is a spare vehicle located under a carport. At no stage did the guest have to park outside our premises. He parked behind our spare vehicle behind secured gates. I am surprised at his comments as at no stage did he complain. They informed me that they slept very well. They were hardly even here for most of the time.
