Lovely little hidden gem in Springs.

We had a lovely stay at Clyde's on Dale! We were in Springs for a wedding and everyone was pleasantly surprised to hear we found such a lovely place to stay at while in Springs. Highly recommended!

Double booking resulted in lost precious family time.

Upon arrival on the Thursday evening after 8 pm we were locked out of our accommodation and had to contact the host to let us in. However, the host then informed us that the room was double booked and blamed you and Booking. com for the mix-up. So we were unable to stay there. The host offered an alternative location for the night, which was quite a distance from where we were supposed to stay. Luckily my sister who collected us from the airport was able to accommodate us (a family of four) as she stayed close by. Catching up with my sister after 21 years was the main reason for our visit. Earlier that day, we received an email confirmation from you that the room was ready for check-in! This was extremely frustrating as no effort was made to inform us earlier when the host already knew the room was double booked from the day before. We were able to move in the next day but very late in the afternoon, so really disrupted our whole day of planned family events. The host did offer to fully refund us, but since we moved in the next day, we were happy to receive the one-day refund. When we did move into the accommodation, it was very nice and comfortable and the host did give the kids a whole room for themselves.
