Unit 3 is an open-plan bachelor apartment on the first floor with stairs leading up to the unit, which has a small sea-and mountain view. The unit can sleep 2 adults and 2 small children. The unit has a double bed and a child only bunk bed, with an en-suite bathroom. The open plan kitchenette leads out onto a balcony. The kitchenette is fitted with a microwave, 2-plate gas stove, electric frying pan, gas kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, a fridge/freezer, and a breakfast bar with bar stools and a dining table with 2 chairs. There is no television. Sliding doors lead out onto a partial covered private balcony with rustic braai facility, outdoor table and chairs. A braai grid can be provided on request. Bedding and towels are provided.
