The cottage includes access to a communal swimming pool located near the main residence.
Please avoid hosting parties or large gatherings to ensure a quiet and enjoyable environment for everyone on the property.
Smoking inside the cottage is prohibited.
Space for only 1 vehicle is available inside the property. Additional vehicles must park outside the property, please.
Please respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 22:00.
This premises is not allowed to be used for any illegal activities.
Pets are not allowed.
The conservation of natural resources is very important to us. Please switch off lights and electronic equipment when not in use.
Kindly leave the cottage in the same condition as you found it.
There is a replacement fee for a lost remote and keys or if it is not returned on departure. We will not cover any courier or replacement fees.
