Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
A breakage deposit is required and must be paid in cash at check-in. The deposit will be refunded in cash at check-out after inspection.
A cleaning fee in cash is charged per week. This first week's cleaning fee is included in the rate. The second week's cleaning fee is payable in cash at an extra cost.
No flames are allowed due to the low thatch roof in the living area.
The whole unit is on solar power, which is shared with the rest of the property. Batteries are used during load shedding. Guests are therefore requested to use the washing machine and air-conditioner only during non-load shedding times.
No parties are allowed and only registered guests are allowed on the property.
