- No pets are allowed as the lodge is situated inside a private game reserve.
- Fires are restricted to designated braai stands or gas stoves.
- Firewood cannot be collected from the game reserve but can be purchased at reception if needed.
- Lunches and dinners are available at reasonable prices in the Wild Horse Restaurant.
