The Constantia Views Villa is a luxury self-catering villa occupying a prime location along the sought-after Constantia Drive in Wilderness. Perched high up on the mountain side, enjoy uninterrupted sea and lake views with Wilderness Village and the Touw River below. With ample glass and a modern, open-plan interior design, this double-storey property is well-designed for easy holiday living. Light-filled interiors offer the same panoramic views as outdoors.
Occupying the top entrance level is the sea-facing living space with a lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. These all open onto the balcony with seating arrangements, hanging chairs and full views. The first bedroom is located on this level and contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. This room has sliding doors opening onto a private forest-facing balcony.
On the lower level are 2 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, a walk-in dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and bath, a toilet, a bidet and double washbasins. This room has a sliding door opening to a private sea and forest-facing balcony. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. This room opens to a private sea and forest-facing balcony. There is a double sleeper couch on the landing between these rooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons including a gas stove top, electric oven and built-in microwave. Additional house features include air conditioning in the lounge, smart flat-screen TV with full package DStv, an indoor fireplace, a scullery with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble-dryer as well as a portable gas braai.
The double automated garage houses a pool table, ping-pong table plus darts and has direct access into the scullery. There is an alarm with armed response and uncapped Wi-Fi throughout. There is an inverter for load-shedding.
